SLPT NA HQ, Engineering and Manufacturing
The 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) facility houses management, product engineering, product design, program management, sales personnel and production. The building was purchased and renovated in 2023 to provide room for the growing pump group. Located in Warren, MI, the facility is less than 45 minutes from all major automotive OEM's and Tier-1 suppliers. We are at our customers when we're needed.
SLPT Asia Headquarters and Manufacturing
A 3-hour drive from Shanghai, the Ningbo, Zhejiang technical center and manufacturing plant designs, develops and produces mechanical and electric pumps, camshafts and transmission component products. The 40,000 sq m (~430,000 sq ft) manufacturing facility houses product engineering, product development and manufacturing. Opened in 1990, the Ningbo operation has over 25 years of automotive powertrain experience specializing in high volume machining, assembly and test. The on-site product development center provides state of the art, in-house engineering, prototyping and testing capabilities.
SLPT Wuxiang Campus
Total construction area is 96,000 sqm (1 million sqft) over an area of 127,000 sqm (1.36 million sqft). Inside the environmentally-friendly, temperature and humidity-controlled workshops, industrial robots are used extensively for automatic part handling. Class 100,000 rooms were installed to provide clean working conditions, while MES systems manage process error-proofing.
SLPT Europe Sales
SLPT Europe Located close to major OEM's and Tier-1 suppliers in the UK, the SLPT Europe office houses sales and product engineering support to our current European customers. Manufacturing is currently provided from North America and Asia manufacturing locations. Recognizing this opportunity to expand our capabilities and provide reduced logistic risk and improved customer support. Planning is underway to open additional engineering and manufacturing facilities to better service European customers.
Germany Engineering Support Office
Headquartered near Frankfurt, our European Engineering Support Office provides multiple pumps and camshafts solution to our customers. We also develop advanced electric pumps and generators for multiple Tier 2 suppliers, with several systems currently in prototype use. Serving clients across Europe, our team leverages regional expertise to drive innovation, offering tailored engineering support and cutting-edge powertrain components to meet diverse automotive industry needs.
